This is Masakali… Our Story!
Masakali wasn’t born in a boardroom. It was born from countless conversations, shared dreams, and the unwavering passion of two friends from God’s Own Country, Kerala.
Years ago, life brought us together in the UAE. What began as a friendship slowly turned into something much deeper—a shared vision. Like many women, we loved dressing well, but finding outfits that truly reflected our style wasn’t easy. The choices were limited, the prices were often unreasonable, and ordering online from India came with its own disappointments—unpredictable sizing, fabrics unsuitable for the UAE climate, and no easy way to return what didn’t work.
Instead of accepting it, we started asking ourselves one simple question:
What if we created the kind of collection we were searching for ourselves?
That single thought became the beginning of Masakali.
For years, the idea stayed in our conversations. We dreamed, planned, researched, and waited for the right moment. Then one day, we decided to stop waiting. We booked our flights, travelled across India, met manufacturers, explored countless fabrics, and searched relentlessly for collections that matched the quality we had envisioned.
The journey wasn’t easy. There were long days, unexpected challenges, and endless learning. But every obstacle reminded us why we had started. We never chased the cheapest option—we chased the best quality. Because if we were bringing something to women, it had to be something we would proudly wear ourselves.
