Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • ⁠A clear unboxing/opening video of the package is mandatory to process any return, exchange, or reimbursement request.
  • ⁠Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video, clear photographs, and order details. If eligible for exchange, the team will contact you in the registered mobile number after proper quality check.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
  • Sale items, customized products, and products without a valid unboxing video are not eligible for return, exchange, or reimbursement.
