Welcome to Masakali. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Products
Our collections feature handcrafted and carefully curated garments. Slight variations in color, weave, print, embroidery, or texture are natural characteristics of handmade textiles and should not be considered defects.
As our products are made using handloom and handcrafted fabrics, we strongly recommend dry cleaning only to preserve their quality, color, and finish. Some natural and hand-dyed fabrics may release excess color during the initial washes. Color bleeding is a natural characteristic of these textiles and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Masakali will not be responsible for any color bleeding, shrinkage, fabric damage, or other issues resulting from washing or improper care. Customers are advised to follow the recommended care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of their garments.
2. Product Images
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.
3. Orders
* Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
* Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after dispatch.
* Masakali reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pre-Orders
* Pre-order products are made specifically based on customer orders and require full payment at the time of booking.
* Since these products are made to order, slight variations in production and delivery timelines may occur.
* Customers are requested to consider the estimated delivery timeline provided at the time of placing the pre-order.
* Pre-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been confirmed.
5. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
6. Shipping
* Orders are processed within the stated processing time.
* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
* Masakali is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Returns & Exchanges
* Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* A clear unboxing/opening video of the package is mandatory to process any return, exchange, or reimbursement request.
* Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video, clear photographs, and order details.
* Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
* Sale items, customized products, and products without a valid unboxing video are not eligible for return, exchange, or reimbursement.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, product descriptions, designs, and content published by Masakali are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Masakali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
10. Updates
Masakali reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
